Paper Submission Requirements
Submitted papers should be no more than 6 pages (A4 paper) following the standard IEEE conference paper format. The first page must include the paper title, an abstract (max 200 words), up to 5 keywords, and complete author details including postal and email addresses.
Publication & Indexing
Electronic submission in PDF format is preferred. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting scope and quality requirements. Notably, ICAC proceedings have been published on IEEE Xplore consistently since 2011.
Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit extended versions to special issues of journals such as Systems Science & Control Engineering and AIMS Electronics and Electrical Engineering.

Special Sessions
The conference welcomes proposals for special sessions. Interested organizers should follow the formal procedure for proposing special sessions to ensure inclusion in the technical program.
Best Student Paper Award
Papers where the first author is a PhD student are eligible. Authors must indicate eligibility during submission. A panel will assess papers based on academic significance and presentation performance.
