The 31st International Conference on Automation and Computing (ICAC 2026) invites proposals for special sessions. These sessions are intended to provide a forum for focused discussions on new and emerging topics that complement the main conference themes.

Organiser Responsibilities

Special session organisers are responsible for inviting papers and advising the reviewers. The ICAC 2026 Special Session Chairs will assist in session organisation to ensure quality and success.

Note: Paper submissions for accepted special sessions must follow the standard Paper Submission Guidelines and will undergo the same rigorous peer-review process.

What to include in the proposal:

  • Session Title: A concise name for the track.
  • Scope: The proposed topics and relevance to ICAC 2026.
  • Anticipated Papers: List of potential authors and tentative paper titles.
  • Chair Biographies: A short bio for each chair highlighting previous conference/session organisation experience.
